Managing Director

Managing Director Huan Xie has successfully developed townhouses, land subdivisions, and childcare centre construction projects since 2016. As a passionate property developer, he constantly refines his knowledge through careful study of the market, engagement with stakeholders, and an in-depth understanding of all the complex elements of financial, legal, and other compliance regarding property development. Huan Xie approaches property development from the perspective of an entrepreneur, also owning retail and convenience businesses, giving him better insight into the inner workings of commercial property and its function as performing assets. 

Pre-Construction & Development Advisor

Sam is our supervisor for all designs, documentation, and regulatory approvals for Heed’s portfolio of construction projects. He oversees and conducts contract negotiation and is our liaison with local government planning and administration committees. His experience in both development and investment in several childcare centre projects lends him a keen insight into stakeholder requirements and establishing clear communication with all parties. 

Construction & Project Co-Ordinator

A qualified and experience civil engineer, Carlo oversees construction, budget management, and the timely delivery of our portfolio of construction projects. For over 15 years, Carlo has supervised countless construction projects to completion both on time and within budget. Carlo was the former Senior Project Manager at Corplex Pty. Ltd, a firm specialising in office, industrial, and educational facility construction.
