The team at Heed will help align investors with properties that suit their goals in the short, medium, and long term. For all projects, our team will always look for the best possible outcome possible.

If an investor is looking to sell at the end of the project we will: 

• Maximise the annual rate of return. 

If an investor is looking to hold at the end of a project, we will: 

• Look for rental tenants to cover investment loan interest;
• Lock in locations with high potential for appreciation;
• Calculate the extent of annual rent increases;
• Ensure that the asset development provides consistent returns despite the usual commercial value cycle; and
• Implement Risk Mitigation Strategies (RMS) by establishing clear exit points for volume projects to reduce risk for investors.
